Hell's Gate - February 6, 2010

It is considered to be one of the Top 5 hardest extreme enduro races in the world. In its 6th year, this race has quickly become legendary as a brutal challenge of man and machine against terrain. The mastermind, former International Enduro Champion, Fabio Fasola, wanted to create an event that combined typical enduro with hard enduro.

The location he chose could not have been better and the infamous Il Ciocco resort in Tuscany, Italy sets the perfect backdrop for a race that has never allowed more than 10 finishers in it's storied history.

This race has seen the best extreme enduro riders at its gates. David Knight won this race three consecutive years while Wayne Braybrook tasted success here in 2007. The torch was passed to the Polish superstar, Taddy Blazusiak, in 2008 who won the race in his typical "Flat Out" fashion.

But this race isn't only for the Pros, many amateur and hobby riders come for the challenge to see if they can finish... or even qualify. For these riders, it's not about winning, it's more about finishing something that may seem impossible on a dirt bike. Come see for yourself. Fabio dares you!
